The most well known Top Level Domains (TLD) are those registered through
the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). TLDs like .com, .net, .edu, .mil, .gov, .int, .biz, etc.
However the next generation Internet knows already many more TLDs including TLDs registered through TLD.NAME. The web sites under these TLDs are accessible to those Internet users who have an ISP that provides access to the next generation Internet.
If your ISP does not yet provide access to the next generation Internet, you can upgrade your PC in order to provide instant access the whole Internet.

you see an error page,
such as "The page cannot be found". That means that
your ISP still does not allow you access to the next generation Internet.
